Learn how to eat and move, so you stay healthy and active as you get older.
Energy for your life and the ones who depend on you. No two bodies are the same, so no two plans are the same.
For women who are starting from the beginning, coming back after a baby, or moving through menopause.
There is room here for the woman who has never felt at home in a gym.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. If you want to be one of the first stories on this page, start with a conversation.
Get In TouchYou are not struggling because you are lazy.
Most of the women I meet are simply tired of guessing. They are, in my words, women who feel they are struggling with finding the best version of themselves.
- Every plan you find was written for a 25-year-old
- Your body changed after your baby and nobody explained it
- Perimenopause moved the goalposts
- An old injury or a sore knee makes you cautious
- You eat well some days and lose the thread on others
- By evening there is no energy left for anyone
Movement and nutrition, built around you.
We start with your body, not a template
What you have been through, what hurts, what you actually enjoy. That conversation shapes everything after it.
Movement that meets you where you are
Strength, mobility and breath, drawn from my 500 hours of yoga training and my work as a trainer. Slow progress on purpose, so nothing flares up.
Nutrition you can keep doing
Enough protein, enough food, enough flexibility for real weeks. No banned lists, no cleanses, no shame.
We adjust as your body changes
Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and after: each season asks for something different, and the plan moves with it.
Four quiet steps to begin.
You send a note through the contact form. Tell me where you are and what you want to feel like.
History, injuries, your week, your kitchen, your sleep. I listen more than I talk in this one.
You receive a personalized fitness and or nutrition plan tailored to what you need, not what worked for someone else.
We check in, adjust the load, and build the habit slowly enough that it stays.
What changes when you train this way.
Energy left at the end of the day
Enough in the tank for the walk, the kids, the dog, the evening that is actually yours.
Strength that holds you up
Carrying, lifting, stairs, floors. Strength for the ordinary things that decide how a day feels.
Food that stops being a fight
You learn what your body needs and how to feed it without measuring your worth in it.
Confidence in your own body
You know what you are doing and why. That calm is the part women tell me they wanted all along.
The questions women ask me first.
Will I bulk up?
No. Lifting weights the way we will lift them builds the strength that supports your joints and your posture. You will feel firmer and more capable, not bigger.
Will I be judged?
Not by me. I have coached women through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Whatever your starting point is, it is a starting point, not a verdict.
Is this designed for me?
If you are a beginner, postpartum, or working around a limitation, yes. That is most of who I work with, and it is why no two plans here look the same.
What if I cannot do everything?
Then we do what your body allows today and grow from there. Every movement has a version that fits you, and finding it is my job.
I am a yoga master, trainer, nutritionist and menopause coach, and I want to help women find the best version of themselves.
Let's build a body that can carry your whole life.
